20 years of Land Servis in Macedonia
From 2006 to today — two decades of growth, from professional cleaning to full Facility Management.
In 2026 Land Servis marks 20 years of operations in Macedonia. Founded in 2006 by Mr. Nektarios Nikolaidis, the company carried over experience built since 1995 in Greece — including servicing the Porto Carras resort during the European Summit in 2003.
Today Land Servis is a group with over 350 professionals, long-term contracts with institutions, banks, healthcare facilities and shopping centers, and a clear direction of growth: from professional cleaning, through Facility Management with SLA and KPI monitoring, to energy efficiency and ESG services.
