Land Servis Group was founded in 2006 in Skopje. We started with professional cleaning and handyman services — today we are a group with over 350 employees, active in Macedonia, Greece and Kosovo, with contracts covering healthcare institutions, international events, industry and business complexes.

A brief history
The story of founder Nektarios Nikolaidis in professional cleaning begins in 1995 in Greece. After years of successful work — confirmed by numerous certificates, awards and recommendations, including servicing the Porto Carras complex (Halkidiki) during the 2003 European Summit, an engagement that resulted in a letter of recommendation — Land Servis grew into an international company.
In 2006 the founder settled in Macedonia and established Land Servis with headquarters in Skopje — bringing years of experience, raising the quality of services and introducing innovations to the industry. Since then, the best proof of quality has been the long-term contracts that clients renew year after year.

Our people
To deliver the entire process, Land Servis maintains a permanent pool of trained staff with years of experience in premises with special requirements.
- Selection and training — after a job posting and interview, every employee goes through theoretical and practical training in line with ISO standards and the methods of professional cleaning and conduct
- Uniformed and recognisable — staff wear a uniform with the Land Servis name and logo, and meet the requirements for hygiene, occupational safety (ISO 45001) and fire protection
- Continuity guaranteed — in case of absence, Land Servis replaces the required number of workers, guaranteeing uninterrupted, quality service delivery
- Accountability — the client has the right to request a staff replacement in writing; for proven damage caused during work at your facility, Land Servis assumes responsibility
Where we operate
We work across the entire territory of Macedonia, and the group is also active in Greece and Kosovo — with mobile crews and local staff wherever contracts run.
